Multianalysis on the Relationship between Cold and Heat Property of 176 Kinds of Common Food and Six Kinds of Nutriments Content

目的研究分析食物寒热属性与营养素含量之间的相关性、数量关系和依赖性。方法首先采用整群抽样的方法从典籍中选取176种常用食物作为研究样本,以这176种食物的寒热属性及各种营养素含量作为处理因素,利用统计学原理,探索研究它们之间的相关性。结果食物的寒热属性与营养素之间具有一定的相关性。结论不同属性的食物在某些营养素含量上具有显著性的差异,可根据等级Logistic回归分析结果建立回归方程。

Objective To analyze the relationship between cold and heat property of food and nutriments. Methods At first, cluster sample was applied to choose 176 common food from ancient Chinese books as research samples with cold and heat property of the 176 kinds common food and nutriments as disposal factors. Statistical principle was uhilized to search the relation between them. Results The relationship lies between cold and heat property of food and nutriments. Conclusion Cold and heat property of food and nutriments have some certain relationship. Based on the conclusion of Ordinal Logistic Regression analysis, we set up a equation.
