前列安通片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎69例

Clinical Observation Tablets of Qianlie Antong in the Treatment of 69 Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis Patients

目的观察前列安通片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎（CAP）的有效性与安全性。方法门诊69例CAP患者给予前列安通片治疗，均连续用药4周。治疗前后分别观察NIH—CPSI、前列腺肛门指诊（DRE）、EPS。采用美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）制定的前列腺炎症状评分（CPSI）标准判定疗效。结果观察4周，治愈35例（50．72％），显效13例（18．84％），有效17例（24．64％），总有效率达94．20％。前列安通治疗前后，CPSI疼痛评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分及总分均有显著改善（95％可信区间分别为：2．79～3．85，2．77～3．56，1．09—2．18，6．56～12．77）。结论前列安通片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有效、安全。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Qianlie Antong Tablets in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods 69 patients were treated with Qianlie Antong Tablets for 4 weeks. The NIH - CPSI, DRE and EPS were observed before and after a 4 -week treatment. The efficacy was evaluated by the NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （CPSI）. Results All cases had completed the follow -up. 35 cases （50.72%） were completely cured, accompanied by remarkable effective in 13 cases （ 18.84% ） and improved in 17 cases （24.62%）. The total improved was 94.20%. Scores of CPSI decreased significantly compared with pre - treatment （95% confidence interval 6.56 - 12.77）. Conclusion Qianlie Antong Tablets in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis is effective and safe.
