补肾清湿热法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation by Traditional Chinese Method of Reinforcing Kidney and Clear up Heat and Dispel Dampness

目的探索治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方剂。方法将84例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用补肾清湿热法治疗,对照组用抗生素等一般疗法,疗程1个月左右。观察项目有症状、体征、B超检查等。结果治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组为81%。结论补肾清湿热法是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法。

Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by traditional Chinese medical method of reinforcing kidney and clear up heat and dispel dampness. Methods 84 cases with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups ： the study group in which 42 cases were given traditional Chinese medical method of reinforcing kidney and clear up heat and dispel dampness, the control group in which 42 cases were given general treatment with a course of one month. Changes of symptoms and signs and ultrasonic examination before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate was 95.2% in treatment group and 81% in control group. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine method of reinforcing kidney and clear up heat and dispel dampness method is quite effective for chronic pelvic inflammation.
