香丹与盐酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕比较研究

Comparative Analysis on the Treatment of Vertigo with XiangDan and Betahistine Hydrochloride

目的观察香丹治疗眩晕的疗效。方法89例各种病因的眩晕病人，分为治疗组45例（男性25例，女性20例，年龄23—72岁）和对照组44例（男性23例，女性21例，年龄22—75岁）。治疗组给予香丹20ml加入5％葡萄糖250ml静脉滴注，1次／d。对照组给予盐酸倍他司汀20mg加入5％葡萄糖250ml静脉滴注，1次／d，平均3—7d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为91％，对照组总有效率为86％（P〉0．05）。结论香丹治疗眩晕证有良好疗效。

Objective To ohserve the effect of Xiangdan on vertigo. Methods The 89 patients with vertigo were divided into two groups. The treatment group of 45 patients（ M 25, F 20; age 23 - 72） received Xiangdan 20ml ＋ 5% glucose injection 250ml, iv,drip,qd. The control group of 44 patients （M 23, F 21; age 22 -75） was administered Betahistine Hydrochlofide 20mg ＋ 5% glucose injection 250ml,iv,drip,qd ,for 3 -7 days. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91% while 86% in the control group（P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Xiangdan has good therapeutic effect on vertigo.
