摘要
目的:建立抗病毒颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用乙醇回流提取,展开剂:氯仿-甲醇(5:1),显色剂:10%硫酸乙醇溶液,鉴别抗病毒颗粒中的连翘;色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,7μm);流动相:以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15:85:0.85);检测波长:327 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min,对抗病毒颗粒中的绿原酸进行定量分析。结果:所采用的鉴别连翘的方法操作简单,分离度好,专属性强。绿原酸含量测定线性范围:0.10~0.90μg/mL,平均回收率:98.87%,RSD:1.94%。结论:建立的方法可靠、灵敏、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可有效控制抗病毒颗粒的质量。
Objective : To estabish the quality standard for the Antivirus granule. Methods: Forsythia of the antivirus granule was identified by the method of using ethanol to circumfluence distill, chlorofrom-methanol(5 : 1) as expandedness solution and vitriol-ethanol(1:10)solution as displayer, Chlorogenic ,acid of the granule was quantificationly determined by HPLC, The chromatographic conditions were: kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 7 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (15 : 85 : 0.85), the detection wavelength of UV was 327 nm and the flow velocity was 1,0 mL/min. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.10-0.90 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 98.87% and RSD was 1.94%. Conclusion: This method was reliable, sensitive, accurate, repetitious exclusive, It could be used to control the quality of the antivirus granule effectively.
