摘要 目的:测定金蝉口服液中黄芩苷的含量,建立金蝉口服液的质量控制方法。方法:用聚酰胺薄膜分离金蝉口服液中黄芩苷,薄层扫描法测定其含量;以φ(C_2H_4O_2,HAC)=36%作展开剂;采用双波长反射法锯齿扫描,检测波长(λ_s=278 nm,λ_R=370 nm)。结果:黄芩苷点样量在0.217~1.083μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:A=2 131.551+7.545 C,r=0.999 3,平均加样回收率:101.60%,RSD=2.50%(n=5)。结论:该方法准确、简便,适合该制剂中黄芩苷的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Jinchan oral liquid, the content of Baicalin in Jinchan oral liquid was determined by thin layer chromatographic scanning(TLCS). Methods: Baicalin of Jinchan oral liquid was separated by φ(C2H4O2, HAC)= 36% acids in polyamide film; the method of the dual wavelength TLCS was adopted to determine the content of baicalin in Jinchan oral liquid and the detection wave-length was λs =278 nm, λR = 370 nm. Results: The content of baicalin between 0.217 M.083μg/mL showed a good linearity. The equation of linear regression was A = 2 131.551+ 7.545 C, r = 0.999 3. The average recovery was 101.60% and RSD was 2.50%(n = 3). Conclusion: This method is accurate and simple. It can be used to determine baicalin in dinchan oral liquid.
