应用岛状足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损

Treatment of Heel Soft Tissue Defect with Island Medial Plantar Flap

目的：探讨和评价岛状足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟部深度软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法：自1998年6月至2007年12月，对18例损伤深度达跟骨的软组织缺损病人，采用岛状足底内侧皮瓣移植修复。结果：所有皮瓣完全成活，均未出现血液循环障碍。所有病人随访3～12月，皮瓣外形、质地良好，感觉功能好，耐磨、承重性能好，均未出现皮肤溃疡。结论：岛状足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟部深度软组织缺损临床疗效确切，是修复足跟部深度创面的理想供区。

Objective： To explore and evaluate the clinical effects of the treatment of heel soft tissue defect by the island medial plantar flap. Method： 18 cases of heel soft tissue defect of the of the treatment of heel soft tissue defect by island medical plantar flap. Result： All flaps survived completely. All cases were followed up for 3 - 12 months. The figure and feeling of the flap were good. No skin ulcer had happened. Conclusion： It is effective to use the island medial plantar flap to treat the deep heel soft tissue defect.
