彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块的诊断与探讨

The Diagnosis and Study of Color Dopplor Ultrasound to Mammary Tumor

目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的178例乳腺肿块的大小、形态边缘、包膜、内部回声及周边血流信号进行观察与探讨。结果:乳腺的良恶性肿块在二维超声图像及彩色多普勒血流特征的表现有较大的差异,恶性肿瘤血流信号丰富。结论:彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块检出率100%,判断肿块的良恶性准确率较高,对指导临床手术有较高的价值。

Objective： To explore the value of the color doppler flow imaging （ CDFI ） on the diagnosis of breast lumps. Methods： Retrospective analysis of the surgery and pathology of the 178 confirmed cases of breast lumps. The size, shape the edge of envelope, the internal echo and the surrounding blood flow signals are observed and discussed. Results： The characteristics of benign and malignant breast tumor show great difference between the two -dimensional ultrasound images and the color doppler flow imaging （ CDFI）, providing malignant tumor blood flow signals. Conclusion： The color doppler flow imaging （ CDFI） gives a rate of 100% on the detection of breast tumor. Its judgment on benign and malignant tumors is especially accurate, which is of great value on the clinical surgery.
