循证护理在2型老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用及思考

EBN in the service in the Aged with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的:探讨循证护理在护理中的应用方法。方法:根据循证护理的指导思想及实施原则,指导2型老年糖尿病患者的护理工作并观察其效果。结果:本组病例在观察期间维持了良好的健康状态,未出现严重的合并症,患者具有良好的依从性。结论:循证护理应与整体护理相结合,在我国,循证护理尚需进一步的发展和完善。

Objective： To approach the method of evidence - based nursing （ EBN ） in aged nursing. Methods： According to the guide and practice principle of EBN, to direct the nursing service of aged people who subject with type 2 diabetes mellitus and observe its result. Result：During the observation all of cases kept a satisfactory health condition, no severe complication was appeared and all the patients had a satisfactory dependence. Conclusions： EBN entirely nursing should combine with nursing entirety. In our country, EBN need further develop and consummate.
