摘要
应用柔性制造的概念和技术对发射药生产线进行技术改造意义深远,同时也是一项开拓性的工作。该文主要研究溶剂法生产发射药的柔性生产线的仿真系统,介绍了参数模型的建立和动画仿真、参数的优化、集成系统的动画仿真演示等,从而为单元正样机的研制及发射药柔性生产线的建造提供了一决策依据和参考模型,实现了发射药柔性生产从概念到模型的跨越。
The use of the concept and technology of flexible manufacturing is of great importance in reforming propellant production lines.It is an initiative work for not only the research of cell equipment but also the integration of system.This paper is mainly to study the simulation of propellant flexible production lines using the production technology of solvent method,including the modeling and animated simulation,optimization of technological parameters in cell equipment,animated simulation of integration system,etc.The paper proposed a decision making basis and reference model for studying the cell equipment and for building up the propellant flexible production line.It realized the process of propellant flexibility from a concept to the model. propellants,flexible manufacturing system,simulation
