苯酚对循环水水质及水处理药剂性能的影响

摘要 研究了苯酚对水质结垢、腐蚀和细菌生长情况及常用循环水配方性能的影响。试验结果表明,质量浓度在150 mg/L及以内的苯酚对水质的结垢、腐蚀趋势以及细菌生长情况基本无影响;随着苯酚质量浓度的增加,对碳钢存在一定腐蚀,且质量浓度越高腐蚀性越大;质量浓度在150 mg/L及以内的苯酚对循环水常用配方的阻垢缓蚀性能基本无影响。 The impact of phenol on water fouling, corrosion, bacteria growth and water treatment formulation were studied. The test results show that phenol has little impact on the water fouling, corrosion tendency and bacteria growth at a dosage equal to or lower than 150 mg/L. Whereas, corrosion occurs on carton steel with increasing phenol mass concentration. The higher the concentration, the severer the the corrosivity. In addition, the phenol has no impact on the corrosion and fouling inhibition performances of conventional cooling water formulations when its mass concentration is controlled at or lower than 150 mg/L.
