摘要
分析了GLS销棒磨的粉碎机理,认为在湿式和干式状态下粉碎机对物料的超细粉碎结果不同,湿式粉碎的颗粒粒径远小于干式粉碎的。分析表明,液流对细小颗粒具有良好的解团聚作用,除此以外,认为粉碎腔内液固、气固两相所形成的流场对颗粒的超细粉碎有较大的影响。在此基础上,建立了粉碎腔内流体的运动模型,并对粉碎腔内液流及气流的流场进行了数值模拟,比较了2种方式下流场的运动机理。
Grinding mechanism of GLS pulverizer is analysed. It is considered that there is different grinding action for material with dry grinding or wet grinding. The size of paricles gringed by wet grinding is more fine than that of particles grinded by dry grinding. It is shown that the liquid dispel is good for reunion fine particles. Meanwhile,the flow field of liquid and gas has a great influence on particle size reduction. Based on this,the flow motion model in grinding chamber is presented,and fluid field is simulated by numerical method. Finally,the mechanisms of flow field for gas and liquid are compared in this paper.
