低压甲醇合成是甲醇生产技术的发展方向。笔者介绍了GC型轴径向低压甲醇合成技术、Lurgi型轴向低压甲醇合成技术以及JJD型低压恒温水管式甲醇合成技术的工艺流程、合成塔结构、运行情况及技术特点,这3种工艺各具创新点和优势,均为新建低压甲醇合成装置的理想选择。
Low-pressure methanol synthesis is the trend in the development of techniques of production of methanol. The writer outlines the Type GC axial-radial low-pressure methanol synthesis technology, the Lurgi axial low-pressure methanol synthesis technology and the Type JJD low-pressure constant-temperature water tube methanol synthesis technology, with their process flows, reactor configurations, operation conditions and technical features. These three processes have their own innovations and advantages, and all are ideal choices in the new construction of low-pressure methanol synthesis units.
