大型科技工程项目管理信息系统(PMIS)初探

A Study on Project Management Information System (PMIS) for Large Scale Science and Technology Engineering Project

在大型科技工程项目管理中，信息系统起着十分关键的作用。该文对适应大型科技工程项目管理的管理信息系统（ＰＭＩＳ）的特点进行了探讨，并就工程项目各阶段的信息需求作了分析和讨论。最后，给出了一个ＰＭＩＳ的典型功能结构及其系统构建的模式。

An information system is very important in management of large scale science and technology Engineering project. In this paper,the characteristics of PMIS and information demands for the different stage of the project are analysed and discussed,finally a typical basic functional structure for PMIS and its system model are given.
