酞箐钴类脱硫催化技术中Na_2CO_3吸收机理浅析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了以碳酸钠为碱源的PDS脱硫技术中催化剂的反应机理与传统的ADA催化剂反应机理的异同点。在PDS脱硫技术中,对以碳酸钠为碱源的传质方程、传质效率、气液接触时间及吸收液对焦炉煤气中的酸性气体H2S和CO2选择性吸收进行试验分析,同时得出保证脱硫效率、再生效率的工艺操作条件。以Na2CO3为碱源时,其脱硫效率达99%,脱氰效率达97%。 A description is given of the differences and similarities of the catalyst reaction mechanism of the PDS desulfurization technology with sodium carbonate as the alkali source and that of the conventional ADA process. In the PDS desulfurization technology , an experimental analysis is made of the mass transfer equation, mass transfer efficiency, gas-liquid contact time and the selective absorption of acid gases H2S and CO2 by the absorption solution from coke-oven gas when sodium carbonate is the alkali source, and the process operation conditions are obtained for ensuring the desulfurization efficiency and the regeneration efficiency. With Na2CO3 as the alkali source, the desulfurization efficiency reaches 99% and the decyanation efficiency is 97%.
