主要介绍了TH-3型脱氢催化剂和T103型脱硫催化剂在CO2气提尿素装置上的应用情况。使用脱氢催化剂和脱硫催化剂后,CO2原料气中总硫质量分数<0.1×10-6,减少了设备腐蚀,并解决了因氢气积累而引起的爆炸危险。
A presentation is given mainly on the use of the Type TH-3 dehydrogenation catalyst and the Type T103 desulfurization catalyst in the urea unit by CO2 stripping. After the use of these catalysts the total sulfur in the CO2 feed gas is 〈0.1 × 10 ^-6 mass fraction, the corrosion of the equipment is reduced, and the risk of explosion brought about by the accumulation of hydrogen is averted
