摘要
针对水平驱动剪刀撑放大机构的运动规律及动力特性,提出了恒功率调速的要求.利用储能器修正最大水平力曲线的方法,对恒扭矩调速的驱动机构进行了改进,以此来设计双片剪刀撑升降机更趋于合理.
According to the motion pattern of the magnifying mechanism with horizontally driven scissors frame and its power characteristics, the necessity of a constant power speed regulation is presented. The driving mechanism with constant torque speed regulation is modified by means of correction of maximum horizontal load curve realized by using a accumulator. So designed lift with double scisors frame will become more reasonable.
