摘要
以孔子"君子不器"教育思想为引导,提出理工科高校科技英才人格培养的三个维度,即淡化工具理性,强化人文精神;拓宽学识教育空间,文理工科兼容并蓄,专业技能与通识素质培养并重;全方位提升人格境界,凝聚英才人格审美风采。
Based on educational thought of ＂Junzi Bu Qi＂ from Confucius, this paper presents three dimensions of talents＇ personality cultivation in colleges of science and engineering. First, lessening the tool rationality and strengthening the humanity spirit. Second, widening the educational space of knowledge, making science and engineering developing together with arts＇ advancement and paying equal attention to the professional skills and cultivation of the comprehensive quality. Third, enhancing the personality bourn from all orientations and agglomerating the aesthetic mien of talents ＇ personality.
