新形势下,高等教育只有源源不断地培养出具有高质量的人才,才能推动经济社会的发展。学生是学校的主体之一,如果把学校比做一个现代化的工厂,那么学生就是产品。对产品的认证,不仅要看其"量",更要观其"质"。育人工作应从本质、品质、潜质、气质等方面来培养学生的"质"。

In the new times, the higher education only constantly trains talented persons with high quality, can it push the development of economy and society. Students are one of the key elements of college. If the college is compared to a modernized factory, students are the products. To authenticate one product, we should consider not only its ＂quantity＂, but also its ＂quality＂. Cultivating talents should develop students＇ ＂quality＂ from such aspects as essence, quality, potentiality, temperament, etc.
