摘要
针对T2紫铜的搅拌摩擦焊技术,对紫铜搅拌摩擦焊温度场进行了数值模拟和实验验证。结果表明,对于紫铜搅拌摩擦焊,焊接时工件温度较高,焊接区最高温度接近700℃,温度分布以搅拌头为中心,呈放射状向四周逐步降温。
This work studied the welding process of friction stir welding (FSW) for joining of copper.The temperature distribution of copper friction stir welding was simulated and experiment measured. Results showed that the joint top temperature of friction stir welding is about 700 ℃, and the temperature decreases all around from joint center.
