过氧化物酶同工酶最佳染色法

A Good Dyeing Method for Superoxide Isoenzyme

本文对过氧化物酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳3种染色液的染色效果进行了比较。经过多次实验,结果表明,这3种染色液对过氧化物酶同工酶的染色效果差异很大,其中以醋酸——联苯胺染色液的染色效果最佳。其次是抗坏血酸——联苯胺染色液,联大茴香胺染色法效果最差。

The effects of dyeing superoxide isoenzyme with three kinds of dyeing agents (acetic acid diaminidphenyl,ascorbic acid diaminodphenyl and 3, 3-dimethoxybenzidine) in the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were compared in this study. The result showed that at the same experimental condition, the three kinds of agents differed with dyeing effects obviously. The best effect obtained with acetic acid diaminodphenyl dyeing solution and the worst was 3,3-dimethoxybenzidine. Therefor, we think,it is available for dyeing superoxide isoenzyme with the first dyeing agent.
