摘要
微波介质谐振腔是一种低耗损、高Q值、小型化的微波器件,在实现微波电路的完全集成化中,有着重要的意义。本文就其场型作了系统分析,并指出它在航天工业中的应用及其存在的温度稳定性问题。
Microwave dielectric cavity is a device of low loss,high Q and miniateery size. It plays an important part in microwave integrated circuits,In this paper,the author analysed systematically the electromagnetic fields in a rectangular microwave diclectric cavity,pointed out its application in space industry and the frequency drift problems due to temperature instability.
