摘要
深入推动中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)建设,提升中国和东盟国家的合作层次,对我国自由贸易区战略的实施具有积极的示范效应。CAFTA启动建设6年来,中国和东盟贸易合作成效明显。以此为基础推动双方的相互投资,从而优化区域分工格局、促进区域技术进步、调整区域产业结构、提高区域资本配置效率,有效增强区域整体竞争力,就成为CAFTA建设的重点和新突破,对自由贸易区的可持续发展也具有深远意义。
To further promote the building of CAFTA and upgrade the cooperation level of China-ASEAN has a positive demonstration effect to the implementation of our Free Trade Area strategy. CAFTA has been built for 6 years, and during this period, the trade cooperation of China-ASEAN has made remarkable achievement which is just the basis of promoting two sides＇ mutual investment. So ithas become the focus and new breakthrough for the construction of CAFTA to optimize the regional division of labor pattern, promote the regional technological progress, adjust the regional industrial structure, improve the efficiency of regional capital allocation, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the region effectively.
