摘要
校本课程管理是我国基础教育三级课程管理体系的重要组成部分,是在中小学多年来实施活动课、选修课和兴趣小组活动的基础上继承和发展而来的课程开发与管理策略,是学校根据自己的办学理念和实际情况自主开发一部分课程,以满足学生的实际发展需要。而校本管理的核心是强调学校根据自身的需要确定自己的发展目标、方向和策略,从而提高学校管理的有效性、针对性和实效性。两者有着共同的发展方向和目标,在新时期,学校管理如何更好地适应校本课程管理趋势,是我们在实践中要着力解决的问题。本文重点分析了校本课程管理策略的内涵,并就如何构建以校为本的管理策略提出了一些建议。
The school-based course management is the important component in the third-level course management system of our country's elementary education. It is also the strategy of course exploration and management which has been: developed and inherited from the active class, the elective course and the hobby club implemented in the ele- mentary and middle school for years. And it is part of the curricula developed by the school independently accord- ing to its own idea and actual situation to meet the students' development needs. At the same time, the core of the school-based management focuses on the idea that a school should determine its own development targets, direction, and strategy according to its own needs to have the school management effective, purposive, and practical. Both of them have a common development direction and goal. During the new period, how the school administration adapts itself to the tendency of the school-based course management is a probrem to be solved in our work. This article lays the emphasis on the connotation of the school-based course management strategy and provides some suggestions on how to map out the strategy of the school-based management.
