The Function of Compound Phosphatide on Serum Lipid

复合磷脂是以大豆磷和维生素E为主成分的复方制剂．本试验表明，高脂饲料中添加5％、7％、10％的复合磷脂喂养大鼠17天，其中7％的剂量可明显抑制高脂大鼠血清总胆固醇（TC）和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（LDL-C），并能降低总胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-C）的比值。

Compound phosphatide was composed of soybean lecithin and vitamin E with additional subsidiary. The experiment showed that if 5%, 7 %, 10% of compound phosphatide be added to the hyperlipemin diet and feed SD rats for 17 days, the dosage of 7% could significantly decrease serum Choksterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein Colesterol (LDL-C), and lower the rate between Choksterol and high density lipoprotien Colesteroll(TC/HDL-C).
