农产品供应链中农户风险及防范机制研究

Risks Chinese Farmers Face in Agricultural Products Supply Chain and Relevant Prevention Mechanism

中国农业特殊的经营环境和制度环境,使农产品供应链具有特殊的组织结构,分散经营的农户与其上下游经营主体之间连接松散,农户面临需求风险、经营风险、供应风险、环境风险、制度风险和信息风险;农户所面临的风险及其对风险的反应行为在一定程度上导致农产品供应链极度脆弱,基于农户对风险识别、评估和防范的不足,构建以农产品行业协会或农村合作组织为协调中心的农产品供应链,能够有效地防范农户风险和提高农产品供应链的运作效率。

China＇s agricultural unique operational and institutional environment has made its agricultural prodducts supply chain into a unique structure, in which the decentralized operation has made the Chinese farmers in the supply chain fail to have a close linkage with their upstream and downstream, and the unique operational evnvironment has made the farmers faced with risks in the aspects of demand, operation,supply, environment, information and so on. The risks the caused extreme vulnerability of the agricutural farmers have to face and their responses to these risks has supply train.In view of the farmers＇ insufficiency of risk awareness,evaluation and prevention mechanism,it is suggested that rural farm products trade associations or cooperative organizations be established as the core to cordinate agricultural supply chains so that the farmers could more effectively prevent risks, improve the operational efficiency of the agricultural products supply chain.
