论西部地区公路运输与物流业的协同发展

On How to Develop Highway Transportation and Industry of Material-Goods Exchange and Flow in a Cordinative Way in Western Region

针对中国西部地区公路运输和物流业滞后的现状,分析了西部地区公路运输与现代物流业协同发展的机理,提出了公路运输企业应积极发展现代物流,西部地区各省市要有统筹兼顾的发展思路,大力扶持发展第三方物流企业,建立一批大规模的物流园区,培养与吸引物流人才,积极发展绿色物流,促进其可持续发展的对策。阐释了政府在西部地区公路运输与现代物流业的协同发展中的作用。

In view of the fact that the highway transportation and the industry of material-goods excnange ann flow in the western region of our country are less developed, the feasibilty of establishing a mechanism for a cordinative development of highway- transportation industry and material-goods-exchange-or-flow industry in the Western Region is analysed. It is suggested that as a countermeasure the industry of material-goods exchange or flow run by the third party should be greatly supported;that a number of parks of material-goods exchange or flow be set up; that talents for material-goods exchange or flow be fostered and attracted;that environmentally friendly material-goods exchange or flow be encouraged in order to further sustainable development; that the enterprises of highway transportation actively develop modern material-goods exchange or flow industry; and that the provincial or municipal governments of the WESTERN REGION make overall plans ,take all factors into consideration,and play an important role in the desired cordinative development.
