摘要
对近年来提出的新型齿轮——分阶式双渐开线齿轮的形成,提出了一种新的几何模型,在此基础上,给出了一种新的经济、简便的加工方法——双向变位法,可以利用标准渐开线齿轮滚刀实现这种新型齿轮的加工.经过计算机仿真,验证了新方法的可行性.这样就无需再去耗费巨资设计、制造该新型齿轮的相应专用滚刀,从而大大降低了制造这种齿轮的成本,大大缩短了新型齿轮从设计到制造的周期.对这种新型齿轮的推广应用,必将起到良好的推动作用.
A new kind of gear was presented in recent years which was called doubleinvolute gear with ladder shape of its tooth.In this paper,we developed some new views about this kind of gear,constructed new models of its tooth profile and its adaptive basic rack.Based on the models,a new hobbing method was proposed.It has such characteristics as economic,simple,easy to be done and so on.It used an ordinary hob to cut gear,we need not spend lots of money and sprits to design and manufacture its special hob.So the production cost and period will be decreased greatly and this makes it possible to diversify the design and manufacture of this new kind of gear and to be used in a wide range.
