对绞吸式清淤机械中造浆系统的重要部件——绞切斗轮的工作原理、几何结构和水力设计进行了较深入的探讨，提出了设计计算公式及设计顺序，以期使这一较先进的造浆部件的理论设计更趋完善．
The operating principle of the reaming cutting bucket wheel,the geometrical structure and the hydrodynamic design are analysed and the calculating formula of the design and the design sequence are presented.
