摘要
对电力系统安全评价问题进行研究．提出了用基本规则和分布系数相结合，对一条支路开断预想事故进行快速筛选的方法．基本规则包括网络结构规则和安全分析规则，这些规则与电力系统大小无关．该专家系统在ＩＥＥＥ３０节点模型上做了试验，结果表明筛选速度快，效果显著．
Power system security assessment problem is considered.Presents a fast contingency screening method of one line outages,a basic rule and distribution factors method are used.The basic rule composed of structure rules and security analysis rules,is independent of the size of the power system.The expert system was demonstrated using a IEEE 30bus test system,the results show higher speed and obvious in screening efficiencies.
