大蒜素对弓形虫感染小鼠黏膜免疫应答的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对大蒜素治疗弓形虫感染小鼠黏膜部位SIgAI、gG含量测定,研究黏膜在弓形虫感染免疫中所起作用。方法将雌性小鼠分成治疗、感染和对照3组,用5×104个/只RH株弓形虫速殖子经口感染小鼠后大蒜素治疗,每天1次,于治疗后第0、2、4、6、8、10、12周断颈处死,冲洗上呼吸道、下呼吸道、肠道、阴道、子宫黏膜,夹心ELISA法测定SIgAI、gG抗体含量。结果在观察的时间段内SIgA治疗组高于对照和感染组,治疗后4、6、8周差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素治疗经口感染弓形虫速殖子小鼠,能提高黏膜、特别是消化道黏膜产生SIgA抗体,保护机体抵御病原体感染。 Objective To observe the effect of specific mucosal on mice infected by Toxoplasma gondii and study its mechanism. Method The mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii were divided into control group,infective group and treatment group. They were treated with Allitridi after infected with Toxoplasma gondii and killed after treating 0,2,4,6,8,10,12 week,ELISA were used to test mucosal immunity level of SIgA in nasopharynx , lung, intestinal and utter. Result Allitridi can obviously improve the level of SIgA in specific mucosal. Conclusion Allitridi can obviously promote specific mucosal on mice infected by Toxoplasma gondii.
