兔颈内动脉解剖及在脑缺血再灌注模型制作中的应用价值

Anatomical observation of the internal carotia artery in rabbit and its significance in making focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion model

摘要 目的探讨建立可控的量化指标,提高兔局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型成功率。方法健康新西兰白兔95只,随机分为3组:A组10只,进行颈部动脉的CTA、DSA检查,造模成功后行解剖学测量;B组5只,为假手术对照组;C组80只为缺血再灌注组,造模成功后行DWI和PWI观察。结果DSA、CTA可以清楚地显示兔颈动脉系统的走行特点及分支情况,解剖学测量颈内动脉及各段的长度,建立了可控的量化指标,模型成功率90%。结论通过量化指标的建立提高了模型成功率和可操作性。 Objective To study the establishment of controllable quantified index to improve the successful rate of intraluminal thread approach in making focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion model in rabbits. Methods Ninety-five New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:A, B,and C. First CT angiography (CTA)and digital subtraction angiography (DSA)of carotid arteries were performed in group A (n= 10) to observe the gross morphology of carotid arteries, and then anatomical measurement of carotid arteries were performed after the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model were made. Group B (n=5) was sham-operated.In group C (n=80) underwent an operation of focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion brain injury,the diffusion weighted MR imaging (DWI) and perfusion weighted MR imaging(PWI) were performed. Results DSA and CTA could show the course and bifurcation of carotid arteries clearly. The establishment of controllable quantified index by anatomical measurement of internal carotid artery, the successful rate was up to 90%. Conclusion To establish quantified index can obviously improve the successful rate and operation of intraluminal thread approach in making focal cerebral ischemia model in rabbits.
