LADA患者自身抗体检测的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病(diabetes mellitus)是以高血糖为特征、以糖代谢紊乱为主要表现的慢性复杂的代谢性疾病。1型糖尿病(type 1diabetes mellitus,T1DM)具有胰岛B细胞产生胰岛素功能受损的特征,是一种免疫介导的疾病。成人迟发性自身免疫性糖尿病(LA—DA)是一种特殊类型的1型糖尿病(T1DM),其临床表现与2型糖尿病(T2DM)相似,但发病机制却是由于免疫介导的胰岛细胞炎性破坏,可导致胰岛功能迅速恶化,
