刑讯逼供在我国有着很深的历史渊源,要彻底杜绝这种丑恶现象,是目前刑事司法领域亟待解决的一大难题。文章从加强监督与制约,完善内部制约机制,加大惩处力度等方面提出了防范和打击刑讯逼供的具体措施。

Inquisition by torture has a long story in China. This phenomenon has not be prevented to this day. Puting an end to this filthy phenomena completely is a huge and systemic project. Its disappearance needs preventing and beating from various aspects. The thesis puts forward some countermeasures from strengthening supervision and restriction, perfecting the internal supervisory and circumscribing mechanism, and so on to prevent and fight againt the inquisition by torture.
