地方院校法学本科教育的现状分析——以河南省为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Situation of Undergraduate Education in Law in Henan Province

通过对2000年以来河南省法学本科招生院校、培养目标、学生数量、师资力量、课程建设和就业情况及其发展变化的调查发现,地方院校的法学本科教育普遍存在专业定位模糊、培养目标单一,教学忽视应用、实践环节虚化,办学条件薄弱、质量控制缺位等问题,教育质量堪忧,亟须实现教学由法条释义向综合应用,定位由数量扩张向质量提高,培养模式由大一统向分类培养、特色教育的转变,以满足地方经济发展和依法治国实践的需要。

The paper finds that there are serious problems in undergraduate education in law in Henan Province such as obscure specialty orientation, uniform developing goal, weak education conditions, scarce teaching resources, separation of teaching contents and application, unworkable practice, shortage of quality control and so on by investigating colleges, developing goals, numbers of students, faculty, course construction and employment since 2000. It is urgent to turn such realities as rules explanation, quantitative expansion and uniform developing mode into stressing comprehensive application, quality improvement and characteristic education so as to satisfy the requirement of economic development and the practice of governing on rules.
