On the Reform About Chinese Industrial Water Price

通过回顾我国工业水价演变的历程,对我国工业水价中存在的问题进行了剖析,探讨了我国当前工业水价改革的途径,并指出工业水价改革要充分考虑我国社会经济环境这个大背景,充分利用WTO规则,提高我国工业产品在国际上的竞争力。

This paper analyses the problem by reviewing the evolutive process in our industrial water price. We discusses the approach of reforming the current industrial water price, and points that we should take account of the basic social economic environment and make use of the WTO rule in order to raise the competition of our industrial products.
