摘要
在企业分销实践中,渠道的维护往往比渠道的开拓更重要。渠道同样面临持续发展的问题。企业可以通过采用以下四大专业"技术",来保证其分销渠道的持续、稳定、健康的发展:保证渠道各环节利润,为渠道发展提供动力;维护市场秩序稳定,为渠道发展提供保证;与时俱进进行渠道创新,提升渠道生命力;实施"助销模式",提高客户关系管理水平。
In distribution channel in business, the maintenance of it is often much more important than the development of it. Channel is also confronted with problems of sustained development. Enterprises can ensure the sustained, stable and healthy development of the distribution channel by means of the four professional "techniques" as follows: 1. Ensure the profit of every procedure in its channel so as to supply power of the development of its channel. 2. Maintain the stable market so as to ensure the development of its channel. 3. Innovate its channel in advancing with time so as to strengthen the vitality of it. 4. Raise the level of customer relationship management by implementing "implementing the mode of helping sales".
