摘要
本文从开放获取实践出发,系统分析了开放获取思想的发展及图书馆在开放获取运动中的角色、地位,并就开放获取对图书馆信息资源建设、服务理念、业务整合、组织发展等方面的影响进行了探讨。
The paper reviews the development of open access practice, analyses systematically the progress of open access theory and the functional role of library in open access, and puts out views on the influence of open access on the service system of library in aspects as information resource construction, service ideology, operation reconstruction, organization development, and so on.
