摘要
特色是社区教育的生命力之所在。社区教育在发展过程中,在服务性、普及性、多样性、开放性四个方面都形成了自己的特色。我国幅员辽阔,地域差异大,发展社区教育更应突出其地理区位特色,基于人口结构特色,做到目标导向鲜明,教育功能分化,办学主体多样化,实现社区教育的跨越式发展。创建特色社区教育,首先应更新社区教育理念,从政策上给予支持和保障,加强现有高校与社区的沟通联系,同时利用现有的社区各种的教学资源,设置多样化、灵活性、适应性、兴趣性、选择性、前瞻性的课程体系。
Community education shows regional characteristics in the aspects of service, popularity, diVersity and openness. Regionality of community education is strengthened in China as a country with vast diversified territory. The education is supposed to be granted by the government and suit the local development with updated teaching philosophy and multiple resources available in the community, which involves the utilization of universities and comprehensive curriculum featuring diversity, flexibility, adaptability and selectivity.
