摘要
高校师德建设的重要性在于:全面贯彻党的教育方针,培养德才兼备的人才;建设一支高素质的教师队伍;改进高校教风并带动学风建设,全面提高教学质量;落实以德治国方略。本文分析当前高校师德建设中存在的问题,提出加强高校师德建设的措施。
The virtue of teachers at universities influences either the development of well-rounded talents and qualified teachers or improvement of teaching and students＇ study. It is essential to propose the measures for strengthening the virtue of teachers at universities.
