油菜播种机斜窝眼偏心轮式排种器结构设计 被引量:7

摘要 针对传统机械式排种器伤种率较高、排种均匀性较差和窝眼堵塞较严重等问题,设计了一种适用于油菜等小粒种子的斜窝眼偏心轮式排种器。通过整体结构设计依靠种子重力、相互挤压力和斜窝眼实现自动充种,依靠种子自身重力实现排种,同时将斜窝眼设计成为通孔,并加装一个内置偏心轮,从而实现自动清种。 The traditional mechanical seeding devices exist some serious problems, such as higer rate of injurying seed, poor seeding uniformity, and seeding hole jamed. A new type of inclined - hole and partial - wheel seeding device is designed, which is applicable to smallscale seed like rape seed. By relying on the overall structural design ,seed gravity and seed mutual pressure , it can implement automatic filling inclined -hole. Relying on its own gravity to achieve seed metering. The inclined - hole is design to be a through - hole and to install a inner partial wheel, which is benefit to automaficaily achieve seed clearing.
