摘要
虽然棉秆具有多种利用价值,但由于不能得到机械化回收,使其作用尚未得到充分发挥。为此,提出一种棉秆收割、粉碎、收获为一体的机械设计方法,包含了工作原理、方案设计、传动设计和主要零部件设计。该机采用立式滚筒刀组切断与横式滚筒粉碎相结合的方法,可方便地控制棉秆的粉碎程度。该机的研制成功将为发展绿色农业、实现农业的深加工提供充足的和必需的原材料。
Cotton stalks are the most abundant crop residues in china. There are many fibrin, lignin and proteid in cotton stalk, so they have many value in use. But they don' t abroad be used by lack cotton stalk grinding. This text proposes one innovative design method about Cotton pole crushing and reaping harvester, including conceptual design, transmission design and mostly parts design. If succeeded, it would have important meaning to recycle of cotton pole resources. It can provide plenteous and necessary raw and processed materials for developing green agriculture.
