蔬菜清洗机是通过水与蔬菜的相互搓檫作用对蔬菜进行清洗的设备。其主要清洗泥土、小虫或施药后的残留物,使蔬菜具有一定的清洁度,以满足市场商品化的要求。为此,论述了一种小型蔬菜清洗机的工作原理、水中爆气的控制过程、整机配置及主要技术参数的确定。试验证明,该机工作效率高,清洗效果好,对蔬菜没有破坏作用,劳动条件好。
