摘要
为了比较不同品种玉米须多糖含量的差别,分别采用回流法、微波法和高压法提取玉米须多糖。结果表明,微波提取法优于回流法以及高压法。微波法提取最佳技术参数为提取时间120s,固液比1:50,提取次数为两次。同一品种的乳熟期玉米须中多糖含量要明显高于成熟期玉米须,豫奥三号的多糖含量最高,约为多糖含量最低的大棒3倍。
In order to compare polysaccharides content from different species of corn stigma, three methods, reflux extraction, microwave assist technology and high hydrostatic pressure extraction, were used to extract. The results show that: microwave assist technology is best and the optimum conditions are: extraction time of 120 s, the solid and solvent ratios of 1:50, extraction of two. The polysaccharides content of two months growing season is significantly higher than that of three months growing season for the same species of corn stigma. The polysaccharides content of the Yuaosanhao is about three times more than that of the Dabang.
