摘要
报道采于新疆地区的蚁属一新种———阿勒泰凹头蚁Ｆｏｒｍｉｃａａｌｔａｙｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．．
Reports a new species of the genus Formica from Xinjiang Autonomous Region.Type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology,Shanxi Normal Univerxity.1 Formica altayensis sp.nov.(figs.1～3)This new species is similar to F.pisaskii Dlussky,but can be differentiate from the latter by the following characters:the body black;mesonotum and dorsum of propodeum with outstanding hairs;petiole without triangular notch.Holotype:worker from Altay,Xinjiang on 19920712 by Xia yongjuan.Paratypes: 8 workers, same as the holotype.
