摘要
常用的柴油机转速测量方法已经十分成熟,但是传统的测试方法(如光电式和霍尔式等)需要在柴油机连接部件或内部的旋转部件上安装传感器,操作比较复杂,不适合对批量的发动机进行转速测量。为此,通过分析柴油机振动的主要来源以及柴油机转速和其振动之间的关系,开发了基于振动的柴油机转速测试仪,利用数据采集和分析系统对柴油机转速进行实时检测。实验证明,此测试方法和转速测试仪具有较高的精度。
The common methods used to measure the revolving speed of diesel engine was mature, but the traditional method as optoelectronic type, Hall type and so on, needed install the sensor on the connection or internal revolving part on the diesel engine. So, does not suit to carry on tachometry at large - scale. This paper analyzed the origin of diesel engine vibration. In the light of the relation between vibration of diesel engine and rpm of diesel engine, developed a new ratemeter and Acquisition and Signal Processing System is applied to inspect the vibration of diesel engine. The research results show that the proposed method and apparatus is of high precision.
