摘要
由高效煮练剂ESA—864与H2O2组成弱碱性体系,对涤棉混纺织物进行退煮漂一浴法前处理,用正交试验法对工艺因素进行优选,筛选出最佳处方、工艺条件应用于实际生产。
An alkalescent system consisting of high efficiency scouring agent ESA-864 and H2O2 is used in special preparatory process for dyeing and finishing of polyester/cotton blend fabric-desizing, scouring, and bleaching. Technological factors are optimized through positive cross experiments and the perfect technological prescriptions and conditions selected from the experiments are applied in practical production.
