With the development of foreign trade in China and the continuous perfection of socialist market economic system, the vocational prospects and potential for customs declarers are good. Customs declarers should advance with the times, keep on studies and fully improve vocational quality and skill so as to serve the customs declaring units in a better way and gain greater development. This paper analyzes and discusses the present condition of customs declarers＇ vocational quality, and puts forward approaches to improve customs declarers＇ vocational quality.
