摘要
目前,农产品加工业在进行小麦称重时,大部分采用的是静态称重的方法,使得整个加工过程不连续,生产效率较低。为此,开发了一种基于虚拟箱的小麦动态称重系统的硬件和软件的设计方法,完全实现了全自动不停机计量。该系统在试运行过程中,效果较好,能够提高称量精度与生产效率。
Majority of uses in weighing wheat is the static state calls the heavy method at present in the farm producing industry, which causes the entire processing process not continuously, and the production efficiency is lower. The hardware and software of a wheat dynamic weighing system based on Virtual box are presented and accomplish fully automatic non - stop metering. In the trial movement process, this system can increase the weighing precision and the production efficiency and the effect is better.
