摘要
唐代是我国古代社会保障事业大发展并日趋完善的时期。统治者为了维护城市的稳定,把社会保障的重心放在了城市社区,形成了以政府为主,家庭赡养和民间救助为辅的社会保障体系,有力地推动了唐朝封建经济的进一步发展。
The ancient traditional society guarantee business of our country was greatly developed and gradually perfect in Tang Dynasty. The city community is as an important place for social politics, economy, and cultural development. In order to stabilizing the social order of the city that established a society guarantee system which was government- dominant and combined with family maintenance and civil salvage.
